Honeycomb doors are mostly made with the so-called continuous paper honeycomb. The door manufacturer receives the paper honeycomb closed in continuous shape on a pallet. With an expander/dryer the honeycomb is expanded, dried and cut at the exact dimension. Most of the time, two pieces are placed in the door.
